Palais Garnier - Mohair

The Palais Garnier is the Parisian Opera House.  The colorway takes cues from the stone of the exterior as well as the marble in the interior.  Finally the deep red of the seats as well as hints of the gilded decorations are added to create a complex and layered colorway.

Base Yarn:
Cloud - lace weight - 72% Kid Mohair 28% Silk - 459 yards per 50 gram skein.

Please note:  Pictures are of the same colorway dyed on a different base yarn.  Mohair takes the dye a bit differently - it fuzzes speckles out and colors are a tad more muted.
