Inspired by the architecture of the city - stone and steel and glass. Reflections of Lake Michigan and the glimmer of sunrises over the water. Hints of patina, brick, and the black of the Hancock Building. I put a lot into the colorway and I absolutely love how it all came together!
Dye Technique: Adventure (speckle dyed)
Dye is applied directly to the skein allowing for pops of intense color. Colorways are repeatable but because of the way that the color is applied every skein is completely unique. At Destination Yarn we call these our “Adventure” colorways because creating one is an adventure!

This colorway was designed to bridge the gap between the Chicago Collection and the Art Institute collection and looks great with anything from either set! I especially love how it works with Cassat or Lake Michigan.
