This is our colorway that went Viral! We are thrilled to be able to offer it to you again.

The inspiration for this came from so many places. I started the design process looking into the history of this place and what its roots are. The Fort Worth Stockyards are a record of that past. Before DFW was a metroplex it was a cowboy town.

From there I was inspired by photographs of Cowboys on ranches set against vast, Texas sunsets. And the idea of riding off into the sunset.

Knowing how much you guys loved “Wide Open Spaces” from last year being inspired by my fav Texas band again just clicked.

To create this colorway I layered rich, jewel toned sunset colors with deep, velvety, Texas blue. Finally I added just a hint of a dark speckle to dirty it up and capture the grittiness of a ranch. I absolutely love how it came together!

Pairs with: Wild Blue and Heaven Above were both created as matching tonals for this new colorway. Or pair with the entire set of Texas inspired colors!

For all of our hand dyed yarns we recommend that they are either washed by hand or machine washed cold, gentle cycle. Use only gentle wool wash and always lay flat to dry.

Variations between dyelots and from skein to skein are expected. It is best practice when working with hand dyed yarn to alternate skeins as you work.
